Our Story

Go Coastal CoHost was founded in 2019 by Alex and Angie Lowell, locals who have been living in Fort Morgan for over 20 years. With 15+ years in the local hospitality business—including housekeeping, maintenance services, and beach equipment rentals—they saw property owners struggling to manage their vacation rentals while maintaining full-time careers and personal lives.

They knew there had to be a better way—one that combined local market expertise, professional hospitality standards, and genuine care for both property owners and guests. That's why Go Coastal CoHost focuses on boutique-style service, treating each property with personalized attention rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

Today, we manage a carefully curated portfolio of properties across Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, consistently achieving higher occupancy rates and revenue than the market average. Our success comes from treating every property as if it were our own and every guest as if they were family.
