Q - How do I rent a beach service package?

 

A - Click on Beach Services  and select the package deal that fits your vacation needs. Click the package and add to cart. Check out using PayPal. In the "notes" section of the check out process, enter the name of the beach house, address of beach house, dates of stay, and please provide a good phone number to reach you in case of emergencies. Services are limited to availability and on a first come, first serve basis.

 

Q - Do I need a PayPal account?

 

A - No. You can simply check out using the PayPal checkout as a guest.

 

 

Q - I need more beach chairs. Can I add additional beach chairs to my package?

 

A - Yes. Before you check out, you can add on additional items such as beach chairs, a grill, an umbrella and even our custom-made Coastal Games. Services are limited to availability and on a first come, first serve basis.

 

Q - When will the beach services be delivered?

 

A - Services ordered prior to arrival will be delivered by 6 pm on your arrival date. For same day or last minute services, please contact Alex at 251-213-3756. Services are limited to availability and on a first come, first serve basis.

 

Q - What happens if the beach service rentals are damaged or stolen while in my possession?

 

A - Upon completion of payment, you agree to assume responsibility while the items are in your possession.  You assume physical responsibility of the items once they have been delivered to the property address and set up.  Stolen/Lost/Damaged items will be charged at full market value.  You assume the physical responsibility of the items once they have been delivered to the property address and set up.  Stolen/Lost/Damaged items will be charged at full market value.

 

Q- Do you offer Daily Services?

A- Yes, we do offer daily services for an additional fee of 25.00 per day.

 

Misc information:

If a storm is in the Gulf, WE at Goin Coastal Beach Services will remove items from the beach, you will not be held accountable for any damaged items should they occur before we arrive to remove from beach.
